Technical Operations interview questions

Interviewed in nondescript stand alone brick building in NYC. I rember they were blasting the empty lot across the street. Every few minutes with each blast the building shook. Waited in a very nicely equipped kitchen. Most of the management at Tech Ops are related to the owner. Uncle, Nephew, wife or sister come to mind.
