Applied through a recruiter. We practised interview questions beforehand.
The interview was quite pleasant and relaxed. The interviewer said that my Japanese was good, and we were able to have a good conversation.
Although I was then rejected with my Japanese being the reason why. That was very disappointing and confusing.

There will be 2 rounds of interview by same or different recruiter , both rounds will be in japanese language if you have knowledge . If dont have japanese profeciancy then it will be difficult to apply.
