Went through 2 interview rounds, both went well. After 2 days, recruiter says hiring is on hold.
If hiring is on hold, why waste candidates’ time scheduling interviews? Poor planning and zero respect for candidates.

have 2 rounds of interview,
Round1 : architectural discussions, LRU cache, gmail storage HLD.
Round 2: with offshore team discussion on current project architecture and senerio based questions based on optimisations.
1st round : Basic questions on languages and frameworks. Easy , a bit syntax based which felt outdated in LLM era. Asked questions on React concepts and Java syntaxes. No DSA
