first they conducted one gd round to check com. skills,many people were sent back in this round along with there were 23 members and they selected 3 members for further second round is the written exam on basic apttude and java,sql next they conducted hr round which is just for formality.

Phone interview. The interview was a short 5-10 minute interview about my work history and did I think I could do the job they were bidding on. I felt like the interviewer was trying to fill spaces but I didn't mind since I knew I could do the job. They called and explained that at the moment they were bidding on a contract with the military and they needed 12 resumes to turn in with the bid. Then I was told that I was being offered the position only if they won the bid, which they did. It took several months for me to actually start working. The phone interview seemed more like a nice chat rather than a serious interview but the man interviewing me was very nice and was able to put me at ease. This was the first phone interview I had ever participated in.
