Interview
Overall I had 5 interviews over the span of 2 months:
1. w/ Recruiter(30 min phone) - Then I was instructed to do a 10 page power point for next interview
2. w/ Techstars prev. Prog. Mgr.(30 min Google Chat)
3. w/ hiring manager (30 min phone)
4. w/ hiring manager (30 min Google chat) - at this point was told that aside from some corporate red tape that needed to get done, I would be recommended for the job. Then I found out a few days later I had another interview to do.
5. w/VP of Ops. (30 min Google chat)
It was a very difficult process mentally and heart breaking to be made to feel like I had the job and then found out via a 2 line email two weeks later that I did not get the job. Awful.

Interview
Casual and laidback process. It was roughly 6 stages. The whole thing moved pretty quickly but we completed it within a month. They will try to lowball you especially if you are black.

Recruiter interview for 10mins and then hiring manager 30mins.
this was supposed to be followed by a colleague interview.
In the end position was frozen but I only heard about it later. Recruiter was not accessible.

Interview
After the second interview, the company completely ghosted me, which is unsurprising given the previous comments. The call with the recruiter was pleasant and positive, however, I had a completely different experience with the current program manager. First of all, she was asking literally the same questions as the recruiter did, she also made me feel real quick that I was not suitable for this job (which raises the question of why they even invited me to have a second one)...
