Techstars Project Manager interview questions

There were a total of 4 interviews, one with the hiring manager. All the interviews went well except when speaking with the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn’t ask any relevant questions about my background or project management, and seemed to not really know what they needed for the role. They kept talking about all the cons of working there which made me question if they had really wanted me to want the job. I left confused about the role and uncertain that I wanted the job anymore due to the potential leader I would have.
