The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America
Interview
3 step interview process the first two are very informal while the last one is much more formal and involves travel which the company will give you a gas card for if you drove. The last interview will be in front of about 3-5 people though only 2 were present for mine. They honestly just want to see if you’re a likable person and willing to relocate. There was no prior review of my resume or anything about me most of the interview was a conversation testing to see how well I’d interact with them.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Techtronic Industries North America (Auburn, AL) in Sept 2025
Interview
I had one in person interview the day after I spoke with TTI at a career fair, then had one virtual interview, then spoke more about my position over the phone with the individual I first had an interview with.

Interview
Really great informative & supportive interview process! Energetic team, but clearly sales oriented. The process had a lot of steps to it, but everything was communicated clearly throughout. The final interview was at their headquarters.

Straight forward process from career fair into an interview the next day and a virtual interview the following week. Easy to communicate and follow through with the employer. Overall very simple and fair process to get an interview
