Very slow process, not very transparent with information at all. They need to step up their process. Need to keep in mind people are uprooting their lives for a change, and to respect that.

Applied in mid January and was well informed thru email of being chosen for interview process and only a week to know I was not chosen. I was little surprised that they never reached out to check any of my references, however i learned it’s an extremely competitive position and nearly 8000 people apply and I perhaps lacked the experience many people may have had.
