Tectura Systems Engineer interview questions

Applied on a wednesday, got an e-mail from HR on the following sunday. Set up a phone interview for the following wednesday. Interview lasted 45 minuts where the manager asked only a few basic resume questions, then talked for about 20minuts about the company. Manager told me he was interested and would contact me in 2 to 4 weeks. I have not heard back from him yet but it has only been 1 week.
