I applied online. I interviewed at Teem (Buenos Aires) in June 2024
Interview
La entrevista duró 30 minutos y desde el comienzo, la reclutadora me hizo sentir muy cómoda, me explicó el proceso en detalle y respondió todas mis preguntas. Fue muy cálida e hizo la tarea más fácil.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teem (Leeds, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process with Teem was excellent. The process was mapped out to me at the beginning after my 1st meeting with them. Each step was relevant and the tasks I completed reflected the work I would be doing in the role.
It was great to be able to meet many members of the team from fellow graduate scheme participants to the CEO, all of which presented me with a clear understanding of what the role would be as well as learning about the culture that drives Teem and their success.
The process from 1st interview to offer was no longer than 3 weeks and I was more than happy to accept!
The interview process was very long- a role play, 4 interviews and a written assessment. In the first stages the interviewer was sarcastic, feedback took time, had to chase at times to get a response, and didn’t receive feedback on the role play. Attended a face to face interview after going through all other interview stages- feedback was that all interviewers had felt I wasn’t good enough which begs the question as to why I was called in for a final interview. Individuals in the office were not following covid guidelines, attempted to shake my hand etc. Final feedback was again slow. I was informed I wasn’t good enough, and would not make a success of the role. Was also told I had not provided examples in my answers, with the questions in my final interview referring to my personal life and goals, rather than being competency based. Feedback was not constructive and was delivered poorly. Overall disappointed with the experience.
