The interview process for this company is very professional and well thought out. I dont know how they get my resume but I didnt apply to this offer. I went just to see what it was. In theory, the job is to be the "bridge between at&t and the clients" which is basically hard selling. About the working hours "monday to friday 10am-7.30pm (maximum 8.30pm) and if the goals of the week arent accomplished you have to work on saturdays but just between 10am-4pm".
