Interview process divided into 3 rounds in a day by calling more than 400 candidates every weekend a day.
1. Psychometric round on paper
2. Technical FTF round regarding your project work
3. HR round or Managerial round regarding where you live and can be asked to relocate to any office of Newgen

Question 1
1. Psychometric round involve basic life and your background details and what you think about certain scenario. Do fill up all the required fields its important.
2. Technical round involve main questions regarding your previous projects what technologies you worked on and questions based on whatever you have mentioned in your CV.
3. HR or managerial round if you came upto this far then there will be 100% chances that you will get selected. They will ask you in brief what was your experience in your previous companies and where you live etc.

Very Simple. We had one technical round and one HR round. Interviewer was very friendly during the technical Interview. He made me very comfortable asking basic questions and later started asking programming questions. In HR round they asked us regular behavioral questions.
