I applied online. I interviewed at TelForce Group (Nashville, TN)
Interview
After applying for the position, I was contacted the very next day to schedule a phone interview. During this, I met the owner of the company. We discussed my previous work experience, what I was looking for in my career, and he told me about his company and the work I would be doing. At the end of the interview, I was invited for an in-person interview to test my Excel skills. During my hours spent at the company, I got to meet my future colleagues, see the workplace, and speak directly with current employees. It was an excellent way to get a 360-degree view of the company before making my final decision. The entire recruitment process took one week. Everything was very clear and professional!

Interview
it is a joke. I was told that the position I was interviewing for was being created because of all of the new business he had. In reality, he had just fired like 3 people ppl for silly reasons. He harps on how many people have tenure there but the reality is he fires about 2-3 people every couple of months.
