Ridiculous. They send a link to a "teleconference" with a pre-scheduled time for you to show up. You only get one option, and there's no way to respond to say, "Hey, I'm working or in surgery, or whatever. What other spots do you have available?"

Interview
Online application and phone interview, very friendly and laid back more like a conversation than an interview. I enjoyed the interview and training also was very welcoming. The trainer was wonderful very thorough and patient.
