Interview
They give you a test in AutoCAD. It includes basic skills, not very difficult, for 15 min. Actually, it was to recreate a manual sketch on the screen. Then they ask questions about your experience and education. Also there were some questions like "You have a task to do, and you manager ask you to do something else, will you listen to him or continue your job?". Feels like they are testing your obedience )) there were two persons: HR and manager.

Interview
Brief AutoCAD test, then meeting with the manager. These people never got back to me and I did well on the AutoCAD test. Complete waste of time and these people want you to work for $16 an hour the rest of your life (Hint, if you want this job tell them yes I can see myself at your company on minimum wage forever). The manager thought they were a someone which was a bit annoying but its ok.
