I was interviewed by the head of the department and one of the other CSRs. There was a lot of pauses but the interview was generally good. However, they scheduled a second in person interview which they cancelled the day of. I didn’t hear from them until I reached out and at that time they just sent an automated rejection email. After that experience I was glad I wouldn’t be joining that team.

Was contacted by recruiter regarding position. Job description stated 65k-99k salary. Recruiter even asked me before going through interview process if the salary was in my range, to which I said yes. Went through the whole interview process and when asked about salary, I stated that with my experience I was expecting to be in at least the mid range. Hiring manager then asked what that was and when I told them they seemed completely shocked at the salary range of the position. (this was a huge red flag). When I was offered the position they offered the minimum 65k and told me there was no room for negotiation. I of course was pissed and declined the offer. What a waste of my time.
