Really laid back interview style. I had applied through an agency so had two interviews. My interview consisted of talking about something I was passionate about for 5minutes so showcase my ability to talk passionately about the o2 products and services.

At the interview you were asked to act as if you worked for a company with some details about them and what you would do in certain circumstances. It was a trail to see what and how you would do in difficult situations.

Very easy, more informal to get to know you.. and what youve done in the past and how you have dealt with mad situations or how you have sold something in the past

The interview process for me was very different, the store I applied for were in need of someone asap and I do feel my interview was rushed but I did have experienced so it worked in my favour.
