After the initial screening I was told I would hear back in about a week and never did. Rejections are part of the job hunt process and something I do not take personally, but ghosting candidates when you tell them you'll get back to them, is unprofessional. We are volunteering our time to learn more about your role. The least you can do is be responsive.
