Got a call from the HR Manager and there was brief about discussion on both my experience and about the organisation and Job description. I was Invited for a F2F professional discussion with the CEO. CEO was very passionate about the organisation and the future of the Organisation. We had a discussion for 1 hr and it was a good discussion. I received a call from the HR and we discussed about the salary and all went well. I received an offer in next 5 days.

It was a mutual understanding between you and the management. Its not a proper interview process like the established organizations. No business degrees or higher education background required to get job here.
