It is an online interview, and it just takes about 2hrs. The Interview Process is good. The assessment is all about how you handle customers. First will be a short interview, second is all about how you handle customer, third is assessment and last is the final interview.

How can I support a customer that doesn't know how to use computer.
Poor communication, wasted time on software readiness and assessments and even after you do everything quickly they say the position is filled after taking you through days of steps as if you already made it to the final stages of the hiring process. Massive waste of time and money.
