I have over a decade in customer support working with and including telephone, email, IM, B2B, B2C and face-to-face questions and/or issues. I have a knack for hearing what is not being said so that I can provide intuitive answers. I also have experience using multi-line phones (PBX) so I can multi-task while still maintaining efficiency. This, I believe, will help me with this job that I am applying for because I have the customer support experience which enables me to understand firsthand what is happening within a customer interaction.
