I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Telmetrics
Interview
The first step was a phone screen, which followed with three in person interviews. Two were panel interviews with people I would work closely with and support from an HR perspective. The final interview was with the President, it was an informal discussion for fit.

Question 1
There were a number of questions related to recruitment for technical positions.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Telmetrics in July 2015
Interview
3 hours long - with 3 different people. The last one was the worst - and I should have just gotten up and walked out the door. I've never actually been insulted and denigrated during an interview. Why did I accept the offer? I have bills to pay.

Question 1
I don't remember the exact specifics - but it was a question for which there was no correct answer. Then I got called an idiot for even attempting to answer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Telmetrics (Mississauga, ON) in July 2016
Interview
The interview process consisted of an intro phone interview with the HR recruiter. This was followed up by a call with the head of sales approximately a week later. I subsequently had an in-person interview the following week and had the chance to meet with HR and Sales. From that point, the opportunity went silent until they reached out to me 2 months later to see if I was still interested. I had another phone interview and another in-person interview before I was offered the position. It was a bit of a protracted courting period, but they were upfront up the reason for the hiring delay.
