I have other things going on in life where I don't need to do sysadmin stuff or work full time and would be content with part-time internal help desk. I applied for such a position at a high school district (tempe). I got a phone call for an interview a month later for a network engineer heavy in Cisco. I used to have a CCNA but let it expire a few years ago. The role seemed to be based around designing networks. Oddly, It seems their system applied me to the role I applied for, the network engineer role, and a bus driver. I went to the interview and it went about how I thought it would go. They asked about cisco, I answered, then the director skipped four questions on his paper. At the end of the quick interview, I asked about the help desk position as I was more interested in that. I highly doubt I'll get any calls back about it though.
