There is a total of 5 rounds of interviews. The process took about 1 month. The team is awesome and the hiring manager will closely follow up through the entire interview process, it's really great experience to interview with Tempest. 1st round is an introduction call, some working experience questions,s and a briefing of the interview process. 2nd round is an online assessment, 3 algorithm questions to be solved within 90 mins. Lettecode easy to medium level. 3rd round is a coding interview with two engineers. There are 2 algorithm questions, no need to worry about test case coverage and synatx stuff, it's more focused on the solution approach, and how to have more optimized solutions. 4th round is a system design question, focused on the backend domain knowledge, like database and API design etc. The last round is culture fit.
