There were four people in my interview including one who barely spoke and left early. There was very little cohesion between them - it was clear that the interview lacked planning.
The questions were mostly about high-level procedures and almost nothing based upon my background, my character and previous experience. Instead they spent too much time talking about the company and their challenges, highlighting how consuming and intense the work is.
I came away feeling like they didn't get to know me as a candidate and that inevitably they wouldn't have enough information to make any other decision than 'No'. It's disappointing to experience such a poor interview given the time and effort made on my part.
