Ten Square Games interview questions

HR call (nothing interesting there, regular stuff, describe experience ), Test assignment, Live coding??, something additional? They have a test assignment which is big, they expect you to spend all time of the world on it and not only deliver decent code there and meet described requirements but also to read somebody's mind and meet requierments in that misterious head too, those are not industry standart BTW.

It was such a fun experience! First, I was contacted by HR — she was very careful, nice, and understanding. We had a great conversation about the position, my English level, and even some fun stuff. Then I received a test by email, where I had to rig and animate a simple run cycle for an animal — which I did. After that, I had an interview with the producer and an animator. We joked a lot, and the whole atmosphere was very friendly. I felt really relaxed. Finally, HR contacted me again and told me that I got the job! It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had.
