Long Process, personality assessment as well as morality assessment. There was a video interview with no "live" interview. The process was easy and assisted by a recruiter. The recruiter was available and found out about job placement the same day

I met a recruiter at a college career fair who invited me to come back the next day to take a numerical reasoning assessment. They let me know the next week that I passed the test and invited me back about two months later for the last step in the interview process. The last step was group and individual activities.
