They put quite an emphasis on being able to understand and communicate in Chinese

Very pleasant and efficient 1) Initial screening with recruiter, going through my background. 2) On-site technical test and explanation of methodology. 3) Interview with manager, more questions on personality and culture fit. 4) Onboarding.

What was the biggest failing you had in a project?
Totally five rounds of interviews, almost efficient and the range of the examination is comprehensive. Take good preparation is necessary. The last round is the HR interview. The whole process is fair.
