Interview process was great. Started with a one-way recorded interview, about two weeks after that got an email to schedule a live Zoom interview with a director in the department I applied to. Very conversational and insightful, super open to sharing details about what the fellow would be working on. Didn't end up getting the offer sadly, but they did say it was super competitive with 300+ applicants for one role.

Interview
The interviews themselves were casual and very conversational. They also were very communicative throughout the process until the very end (1 hireview, 3 interviews over the course of a month). I did not hear back after the final round and it took 2 and a half weeks for them to respond to my follow-up email.
It was a virtual interview with a person from HR and a person from the perspective department. Was like having a casual conversation about the job and what you see in the job.
