Process was easy enough, I completed an online application with a resume and cover letter. Then I completed a phone screening and in person interview. However, I was deeply disappointed when I was ghosted after the interview process. I understand the job market is competitive right now, and there may have been many qualified applicants, but to simply never inform a candidate of an acceptance or rejection is wholly unprofessional. I hope in the future this organization is more considerate of the time and effort applicants put in.
