Reached out to Tenor through a recruitment platform and setup a call. The recruiter was awesome. He was very prompt with my answers and we quickly setup times to complete a 3ish hour coding challenge (with the option of making changes after). I received a great response and we setup another call, a week later, for the position. This is where it was a little weird. The 2nd interviewer didn't have a clue what was going on. He was late to the interview, didn't know what position I was applying for and didn't seem to know what part of the process I was in. This person made it seem like I was going through another initial phone screen. Communication went dead after the second interview. I've followed up multiple times for a status, to see what was going on and still haven't received a firm response.
