Interview
I was whisked in for an interview from receptionist who said my CV was promising. I was brought into a grim office in Belfast where cheesy dance music blasted from a flatscreen TV. I was interviewed by a fairly obnoxious individual who I soon learned to be the CEO. I was asked no questions, and given a huge sales pitch about how great the company was and what they do for their "clients". Utter nonsense which transpired to be a pyramid scheme in everything but name. Was asked to start immediately, and quickly learned that this wasn't a marketing internship, but a door-to-door and outdoors with a clipboard sales job. A disgrace to offer this as an internship to a graduate.

Interview
Applied online, asked to ring a mobile number (bad sign). Went for a professional interview the. Took out to a shopping centre while two members sold credit cards. All in all the head boss was a genuine nice guy, but after a month of working for them, most of the leadership team there were utterly rude and one Irish fellow in particular was an extreme example of a bully. I believe he now heads his own organisation, so there's another one to watch out for.

Interview
I applied for the position on one day, received an email the next day asking me to call to arrange an interview but I received a call on that same before having responded to the email to arrange said interview.
On the morning of the day of the interview, I received a call asking me to confirm whether I would make myself present on the day, which I did.
Arrived at the interview, the people seemed very friendly but gave very little information about the job and seemed to have not looked at my CV at all. The interviewer mentioned that TEPO Consultancy is a big firm with many branches, but none can be found on the Internet. Also, the office also seems quite bare, and the furnishings look almost like props that were placed there as part of a ruse.
Having read reviews, prior to my first interview, about this employer on here, I decided not to waste any more of my or their time by not myself present the subsequent interview I was invited to. This short-lived process confirmed, in my opinion, what some other reviewers had already said about TEPO Consultancy.
