I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teradata (San Diego, CA) in May 2015
Interview
Simple interview process. Two phone interviews and than an in-person interview with several people. After the in-person interview i was told that it was down to me and one other person and that I would be informed one way or the other in a few days. Two weeks later I had to reach out to them to be informed that I would not be offered the position. The long delay struck me as a little rude and extremely unprofessional. I have to wonder if I would have ever been informed if I had not reached out to them?

The environment had no redundancy, no reliable generator or battery backup. Each employee I talked to knew what needed to be done, but management refused to do what was necessary.
