First my application was selected. Then I had interview with the HR manager, Sales Director, Managing Director, HR Director, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. They made Closed questions that demonstrate my knowledge about the market, Open-ended questions, Situational questions, Behavioural questions and some tests and Situational exercises that used hypothetical situations to demonstrate my ability to solve problems or make decisions.
