I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Terminix (Tampa Palms, FL) in Nov 2013
Interview
Filled out an application online. A month later I received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was standard "tell me about a time when" customer service related. After that I was invited for a in person interview. It was a group orientation. They explain the job, the pay, the hours, and benefits after 90 days. After that they call in the a room one by one and interview with a supervisor. If they like you they ask you to stay and another supervisor comes in to interview you. 2 hours later I received a call stating I got the job

Question 1
Tell me about a time you couldn't assist a custoemer
Telephone interview and the interviewer was late. No warning, I don't recall an apology being offered. Although the interview went well and I was prepared, Unfortunately I was not offered the position.
Was a long process... Seems they are over employed in the hiring department so has to do 4 interviews because they have nothing else to do. I dont recommend working as a CSR as you will only get complaints all day non stop
It was easy and it was 1 or 2 interviews they mainly focused on sales and the experience behind customer service experience. Wanted hypothetical scenarios that would happen when you interacted with a customer and wanted to see if you knew anything about bugs
