A panel of 5 people and HR, they ask role related questions and end with HR related questions, after that an offer is sent to the candidate. Then you get sent a start date after salary negotiation

CV first, then online test, then video interview, then assessment centre.
After I submitted the interview no one got back to me.
The interview wasn't difficult, the online test isn't any different either.
