First Round Interview: got asked a bunch of easy questions about my experience. It was two analysts on the call, and they asked my about my internships, favorite project, etc.

Skipping over first few rounds. Final round last interview is with CEO and another C-suite exec, all seems laid back until they turn serious out of nowhere and CEO asks "if we gave you an offer right now, would you accept" and they both stare into my soul. I say yes immediately (really don't know how to respond to this question) but that didn't leave a great taste in my mouth given how exhausted I was at that point after spending the whole day being interviewed by their entire company. It's a pretty manipulative tactic that may work for them but definitely doesn't reflect well on their culture. Hopefully as they grow as a company they can adopt some less aggressive recruiting methods.
