I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Terralever (Tempe, AZ) in Apr 2013
Interview
Contacted by HR, SVP phone interview screen, 3 on site interviews for 2 hrs. The process was quick to get to the interview process. Went to the Tempe office on Mill Ave where the office seems very nice and in a good location. The workers were young all about 20s-30s. The interview was rating 3 out of 10 though. The interviewers did not even look at my resume prior to the interview. If you really care how your company future you should at least look at resume 30 min prior to interview. The questions were about the same from each group of people I saw. See questions below. The main thing that annoyed me was that they had no clue what drop shipping through e-commerce channel was. I do not understand but from where I come from that is lion share of all business online. They were stuck on did you do a photo shoot or catalog. Couple red flags I saw were that during the interview 2 employees told me that the company is behind last years sales # and secondly, my interview ended at 5:15pm and all the workers were still there. I get that people work past 5 but not everyone! No one seemed to be even remotely leaving. In the end I would have declined the offer since I have a job and I do not see the move to make sense for me.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Terralever (Tempe, AZ) in July 2008
Interview
I was contacted by one of the owners who saw my resume on Monster.com. An interview was set up with the other owner and the marketing manager. I interviewed with both at the same time. They requested samples of work I had performed, which I provided after removing client names. We went over the results I had obtained and I explained some of the processes I used.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was somewhat casual, but many specific questions were asked about how I implemented website SEO and ongoing marketing.
