      Sales Coordinator Interview

      11 Nov 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Rancho Palos Verdes, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Terranea (Rancho Palos Verdes, CA) in Mar 2024

      Interview

The interview process was average. The interviewers were kind, though a bit high strung. Although the interview process seemingly went well, and I reached out afterwards to thank them for the time and opportunity, they ghosted me with no response. Completely fair not to hire a candidate after an interview, however it would be helpful to respond and let them know you are moving forward in another direction and maybe even offer feedback. Ghosting after meeting someone in person and shaking their hand is a bit off putting. Not sure when this became the norm. I would not want to work for an organization that disrespects potential hires time, imagine how they treat their employees.
