Interview was semi relaxed. Emphasis was on warehouse safety, and involved a tour of the packaging floor and basic overview of tasks performed. Availability was a big issue, but past experience while preferred, was not a limiting factor.

they walked you around the factory and asked a couple of questions. It was mainly just to get to know you nothing hard at all. If you show up on time you will generally get the job. You will get a call back from human resources within a few day and they will let you know for sure if you received the job
