The first interview was conducted online. The first question was how I planned to get to the office in Louven. I got the impression that they weren't expecting to hire people who don't live near Louven. The interviewer herself lives there. I also got the impression that they only hire Flemish or Dutch speakers who speak English, even though they wrote that only English proficiency was mandatory. They let me speak Dutch and concluded that my level was insufficient.
