The interview was a panel interview, relatively relaxed environment - it was conducted in the cafeteria area, interviewers were kind and respectful, It was evident that professional attire was appreciated.

1. Initial phone screen with Tesla recruiter. 2. Phone screen with member of department. 3. Grammar / Language test. 4. Follow up phone screen with recruiter to determine placement / fit in role. 5. On site interview - Met 3 team members, recruiter who screened me, factory tour. (Elon Musk was on site). 6. In my case, email from recruiter saying I did not receive position. 7. Final follow up phone call with recruiter explaining why I was not chosen.
