The interview process was very informal, I was asked mostly about the procurement and negotiations role. So, an extensive question and face paced narrative is expected to test my communication skills. The interest to work for Tesla is more tested than any other technicality for this intern position atleast.
The interview process began with a phone call, followed by video interviews, and concluded with a virtual panel interview involving multiple interviewers. The interviewers were friendly, and the questions were straightforward. I received a verbal offer, but communication ceased for several weeks. Eventually, the offer was withdrawn an experience I found highly unprofessional!
My manager was very chill and very nice. She did not ask me tricky or hard questions or even technical questions. Be prepared to go through your resume and explain bullet points.
First HR email contact to book zoom meeting,then HR meeting about 30 min, the questions are standard.
But process are bit confusing, because after book time before HR meeting, I receive a noreply email of rejection letter, but meeting process as usual.
