The talent director who I first talked to was absolutely great. But the actual in person interview was horrendous. They bring you into this hospital-like room, bright white walls, florescent lights, and they seat you facing away from the door. Talk about EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I felt like I was under interrogation rather than interviewing. I understand it’s a car dealership and you’ll come across more unprofessional people than professionals, but that room and set up was just awful.

Nach telefonischer Absprache lief vor Ort alles sehr klar strukturiert ab. Ich hatte zwei Gesprächspartner und wir konnten ins offen unterhalten. Es fand nur ein Gespräch statt und 2 Wochen später habe ich eine Rückmeldung erhalten.
