3 simple rounds, the 1st being a written technical cum aptitude test ( 20 Technical- analog & digital electronics, basic VLSI, c programming & 5 apti questions ). The 2nd was a face to face interview with one of the technical HRs( basic understanding of digital electronics & a programming language of your choice ). The 3rd round is again a technical face to face interview where the HR tests how you respond when treated strictly.
