They look for someone, and when the AI is supposed to share the answers, the video doesn’t even have audio — that’s part of the problem. There is too much automation instead of conducting a correct and fair interview process. Be careful with that system. They said the interview would take 47 minutes, but it actually took 1 hour and 49 minutes. Sometimes it may be better to go back to interviews with real people instead of relying on a server that is not working properly.

Interview
After the assessment, I was invited to an interview with the hiring manager - time slots to book available only for the next day. Very short notice. The interview was ca 60 min, a good detailed intro from the manager, a few questions around my motivation and previous experience, then some questions regarding their specific challenges and how I'd solve them.
