Interview
1. Apply through Seek 2. Complete behavioural and technical tests 3. Complete a one-way video interview 4. Get invited to an interview in their office. 5. Receive a final decision. It was a very quick process from start to finish, around 2.5 weeks and they were able to update me throughout the process. I didn't get an offer but overall it was a very pleasant and easy interview process.

Thanks for your positive feedback. Testgrid understands the value of a great candidate experience. The use of online assessments and video interviewing can quickly shortlist candidates and keeping candidates updated in relation to their progress is also an important part of the streamlined recruitment process.
