easy breezy phone interview, ask to teach a question, INTENSE, time-intensive training once you get quasi hired. or at least that was it when I was brought in, I don’t know if they still hire instructors
intense - very long between phone interviews to get to know you as a person, then teaching phone interviews, then in person or online extensive training that can take upwards of a month. speaks to the company's pride but brutal on applicant.
