Long interview process but good enough to put a mirror to your own skills. It took full month to come reference checking phase and etc. I advise everyone to apply even only to get interview experience.

Question 1
1- Video recording monologue
*Tell us your 3 main business ethic codes (or something like this)
*what would you do in a situation where your coworker sent you an very important mail but you missed it and now she is confronting you (you are answering a real world like mail in a simulation)
2-Technical interview with manager and hr
* Tell us about your WCM experience
*Tell us about a behavioral crisis that you have faced with a coworker and how did you handle it
*Can you guess what kind of processes do we have by looking at this product
*How do you approach to problems?
3-SHL inbox simulation with 65 minutes time limit.
*A roleplaying which they throw you some mails with attachments on SHL interface and expect you to answer them and also you need to fill a separate ms word answer sheet which you upload to same interface.
4- Meeting the factory director
This one was the thoughest as the guy was asking really critical questions to measure your social skills which I already forgot most of them.
*Lets think of that a colleague does not have same idea with you, how would you persuade him?
*We don’t want to lose our employees as we invest them a lot. I see that you have changed few job in short time, why should we hire you under then?
*Tell me about your biggest regret in your career and how did you handle it. What did you learn from it
*Explain methodologies that you use to approach problems and their solutions
*Why did you leave this job and that job, what are your requirements to be satisfied.
