Long recruitement process, first screening then hirevue then first stage interview with online assesments which are kinda hard. Overall positive experience but time consuming. Company seems serious in recruitement in this type of programs
Video interview with AI system company. Even though it was stated AI is not used it seems weird to search for the video interview company and mainly get results about its use of AI. The company is also used as an example of bad AI ethics.
The remaining interview process is good, but this part should be reviewed. A tip is also to investigate how the system judges people beforehand.
The interview process is not transparent, the hiring manager shows no respect to the interviewee. Do not recommend this company if you would like to be treated as their hiring KPI and get ghosted.
